Pettina Stanghon is a psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and educator based in Noosa, Queensland — and founder of Noosa Confidential, one of Australia's leading integrated mental health and addiction facilities.

Over a decade of frontline experience across relationship breakdown, family crisis, addiction, and personal and professional pressure shapes everything PS does. That depth is what makes the difference.

Blending behavioural science, neuroscience, and lived experience, Pettina helps individuals, couples, families, and businesses get clear, do the work, and create change that actually holds.
