Life Lessons
“Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakes.”
Jung, as cited in Adler & Jaffé, 1973, p. 33
Our emotions are a huge part of who we are and how we are able to show up in the world. Influenced by culture and deep seated personal belief systems, our feelings can alter our perceptions of reality and even manifest psychological symptoms. It’s best we take ownership to understand them more if we want to live a great life.
